- Contact Forms: When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
- Newsletters: When you sign up for updates, we collect your email address and any other information you provide.
- Careers: When you express interest in a role, you will be directed to our applicant tracking platform (see Section 4). Any application information you submit there is collected and processed through that platform.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

- respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
- Newsletter: send updates you have requested (you can unsubscribe at any

- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We rely on the following bases where required by law: your consent; performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site; and compliance with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information with:
- service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email delivery, applicant tracking, analytics), under contracts that limit their use of the information;
- legal and safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- business transfers in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or similar transaction.
4. Careers and applications
If you apply for a position, you will be directed to our third-party applicant tracking platform, AshbyHQ, where your application is submitted and processed. Information you provide on that platform is governed by Ashby’s own privacy practices in addition to this Policy. Please review AshbyHQ’s privacy notice before submitting an application.

6. Data retention

8. U.S. state-specific disclosures (including California)
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described in Section 7. For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): in the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP address) and internet activity information; we collect these from you directly and automatically through the Site; we use them for the purposes in Section 2; and we disclose them to service providers as in Section 3. 9. International visitors (EU/UK/EEA)
We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have the rights in Section 7, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the legal bases in Section 2 apply.
10. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
